TROPHY WINNERS
The following people received awards for outstanding service to the Club, both on and off the field during the past season and to the recipients we extend our sincere congratulations.

H. W. LITTLE - BEST CLUBMAN

The H.W. Little trophy is named after club patron Harold Little who has served the Club for over sixty years; thirty-eight as a player, twenty-eight as Caulfield’s delegate to the Victorian Sub-District Association and ten years as club President. Over the years Harold has served as Assistant Secretary, Secretary, Social Secretary and Treasurer. On field Harold played 379 games for all eleven’s with 205 1st eleven matches. The enormity of this contribution is quite unbelievable and in all probability will never be equalled.

This award is considered to be the most important trophy given by the Club and this year's recipients are Wayne Bartlem

R.G. MARSHALL AWARD

The R.G. Marshall trophy is awarded to the highest run-scorer in all senior eleven’s, fittingly in recognition of one of the greatest batsmen to ever play for Caulfield, Gordon Marshall. In a career spanning over 30 years at Caulfield, Gordon played in all senior eleven’s, scoring five centuries and winning the batting aggregate on no less than nine occasions.

M.K. WALKER TROPHY

The M.K. Walker trophy is awarded to the highest wicket-taker at the Club and is named after undoubtedly the greatest bowler to ever play for Caulfield, Keith Walker. In a distinguished career, Keith, an opening bowler, was the 1st eleven Champion player for ten consecutive seasons, (a Club record) taking 646 wickets at just 13.9 a piece in the process. Twice Keith won both the batting and bowling average in the same year for the 1st eleven. In the twilight of his playing years, Keith was team champion for two consecutive years in the 2nd eleven.

J.W. SHEEHAN AWARD

The J.W. Sheehan Award for the runner-up to the 1st eleven team Champion, is in honour of one of the hardest workers, not only for Caulfield but for the Sub-District and cricket in general. Jack’s on field performances speak for themselves. He is the current 1st eleven games record holder with 220 games. Jack is second only to Keith Walker having taken 554 wickets. (It is worth noting that this is 264 wickets ahead of the next highest). Jack was also a very handy batter scoring over 1,000 runs. Jack won this award no less than six times, a Club record.

The J.W. Sheehan Award was won by Joseph Hewett

LES KING - SUPPORTERS AWARD

The Les King ‘Supporters Award' is named after Club stalwart Lesie ‘Lizard’ King. Caulfield has been the envy of many clubs who have come along and witnessed the fantastic off field support given by many very fine people. No one epitomised this more than Les. He preferred to do his work away from the spotlight. Les wanted no accolades; “Just as long as the boys are happy,” he would say. Les not only worked tirelessly but was a fabulous man; friendly, cheerful, genuine and extraordinary reliable to not only be there, but to have it organised and running as well. Sadly missed but not forgotten.

The Les King Supporters Award has been won by Matthew Kremmer

B.A.J. MORRISON TROPHY - CLUB CHAMPION

The B.A.J. Morrison Trophy is named after former club president Brian Morrison who has provided the Club with years of invaluable service. ‘Morro’ played over one hundred 1st eleven games. He performed 181 dismissals keeping wickets and was a punishing middle order batsman who scored well over a thousand runs. Despite retiring as a player, Morro’s involvement and visibility have grown. Over the years he has performed a myriad of off field duties and is a magnificent supporter of all players and every eleven. This trophy is open to all players.
